Actors normally ask their respective brands to advertise on television close to the TV shows that he is hosting or advertise at events that he or she is associated with. But that's not the case with Aamir Khan who has preferred not to do what his colleagues does.

Aamir who is a regular with some of the top brands on TV has preferred to ensure that the brands that he is endorsing are not seen in close proximity to the TV show 'Satyamev Jayate' that he is doing because he does not want to water down his issue based show.

'Satyaamev Jayate' deals with issues concerning India and Indians and is seen as an extension of Aamir Khan’s personality where he has been associated with social causes from Polio to Athithi devo bhavaha.

The shooting of the show has just been completed and we are told that Aamir will spend the next couple of months promoting and marketing it across the length and breadth of the nation.

The shooting of 'Satyamev Jayate' was stalled when a fire broke out on the sets of the show leading to a chaos in Aamir’s otherwise impeccable planning and shooting schedules.

Aamir Khan’s television show has resulted in the postponement of his film 'Talaash'.

It can be recalled that Aamir had requested Aditya Chopra and Salman Khan to postpone the release of 'Ek Tha Tiger' to accommodate the release of his film, but we hear from the film camp that the film has been postponed now.

The actor and co producer of the film – Aamir Khan has his TV show coming on air by the end of May and that means that he will be busy promoting 'Satyamev Jayate' and will not have the kind of time he normally spends of movie promotions. Hence the producers of the film – Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani along with Aamir – have decided to push the release either to the end of June or early July depending on the status of other releases around that time.

'Talaash' will be Aamir’s first release after the stupendous success of '3 Idiots' (if you consider his role in Dhobi Ghat as a special appearance) and hence the film has been eagerly awaited.
