Mere days before the stars of ‘Krrish 3’ jet into Dubai, the city will also roll out the red carpet for the world premiere of the much marketed, small budget film, ‘Mickey Virus’.
Lead actor and popular TV host, Manish Paul, will be walking in the spotlight at Grand Cineplex, Wafi on Tuesday, October 22 at 7.30pm; however, leading lady Elli Avram may just miss her first outing on the big screen in Bollywood.
The Swedish-Greek actress in question is currently holed up in the ‘Bigg Boss’ home on the popular reality TV programmed, hosted by actor Salman Khan, and chances of her being ousted from the show in time for her film premiere is slim.
However, organiser Syed Shuja of Dream Advertising and Ministry of Events, said that anything can happen and she may make a last minute entry if things change in ‘Bigg Boss’.
The thriller-comedy, which deals with the issue of computer hacking, sees the fine khaki-clad cops of Delhi stumped when a new case involves technology that evades their mental capabilities.
In comes Mickey Arora (Paul) to the rescue, but there may be more to the case that meets the eye.
The film goes on general release on Thursday across UAE cinemas.
Meanwhile, tickets for the film premiere can be won via its radio partners and through Facebook competitions.
