If the sizzling on-screen (where else?) chemistry is any indication, fans can expect fireworks when Bollywood’s latest IT couple, Ranveer Singh and Sonakshi Sinha, head to Dubai this Thursday.
 
The young celebrity duo will be in the emirate to promote the upcoming ‘Lootera’, which releases on July 4 across UAE cinemas.
 
Organised by Essar Events in Dubai, the event will see the two actors accompanied by ‘Lootera’ director Vikramaditya Motwane, as they meet and greet local media aboard a yacht, before interacting with special hand-picked fans at a supper event at It’s Indie restaurant from 6.30pm.
 
There’s a positive buzz surrounding the period romance, ebbed on by the fact that the on-screen pair grabbed headlines last year for their budding love affair.
 
However, both Sinha and Singh have denied such was the case, with latter actor having moved on by allegedly romancing his ‘Ram Leela’ co-star, Deepika Padukone.
 
‘Lootera’ is set in 1953, when Varun Shrivastav (Singh) encounters Pakhi (Sinha) in a small village, where he has come under the pretence of an archaeologist to rob a temple.
 
Waters get murky when Varun falls in love with Pakhi and the situation arises whether the baddie will turn over a new leaf for the woman in his life.
