The festival of light Diwali this season is going to see some fireworks in the Indian Box Office.

Shah Rukh Khan and Ajay Devgn all set to release their respective movies 'Jab Tak Hai Jaan' and 'Son Of Sardaar' on November 13.

Now film releases and their promotional activities can get aggressive. Stars go to any length to promote their movie and get more mileage. As predicted there might be sparks as star SRK and the underdog Ajay will spar this diwali.

Ajay recently sent a 'legal notice' apparently accusing the makers of 'Jab Tak Hai Jaan', Yash Raj Films of manipulating the distributors to allocate higher number of screens for their film.

YRF however claims that the 'legal notice' was not issued by any court, and simply was a letter of intimation from the lawyers.

When Ajay was asked about his alleged war with Shah Rukh Khan the actor denied any of the news and said this clash has been created by the media and there is no problem between Shah Rukh and him.

Regarding the legal notice that he issued against YRF Ajay said Shah Rukh has nothing to do with it and he always wishes good for the actor.

He clearly stated that Ajay Devgn as an actor and Shah Rukh Khan as an actor are not involved in it.

But Ajay Devgn the producer of 'Son of Sardaar' has taken the step against 'JTHJ' producer not Shah Rukh Khan. And that is the reason why Shah Rukh is not responding to queries involving the legal notice.

Ajay Devgn's letter to Yash Raj Films states that a formal complaint has been lodged with the Competition Commission of India (CCI) against YRF. However, an official spokesperson of the studio states that they have only received a letter from Ajay Devgn's lawyer. And it is not a notice.
