It’s not news that Lady Gaga’s latest escapades have seen the diva embrace India like a second home.
But it’s not just the landscape and the shopping that has caught her attention apparently, but also the lights, cameras and action that goes behind the making of India’s biggest industry: Bollywood.
In her latest tweet, Gaga keeps her sentiments short and clear: “!!@#% Hollywood,” she tweets, “It’s all about Bollywood.”
And, of course, added to that is a pictureof the diva herself flagged on both sides with actors Shah Rukh Khan and Arjun Rampal.
Gaga was the headline act at India's first Formula One Grand Prix last night.
For those of you who recall, Khan has been enamoured by Gaga for a while, even attempting to rope her in after Akon to lend her vocals to his home production, ‘Ra.One’, which had its world premiere in Dubai and is currently playing in UAE cinemas.
However, when that project fell flat, it was invite sent to Gaga to attend a premiere screening of his sci-fi adventure.
It seems all those attempts have final ygrabbed the Lady’s attention, who is now rumoured to return to India to record a special song for Khan.
Meanwhile, Rampal, who was actually responsible for bringing the diva down for her F1 Grand Prix performance is not being left out in the cold either. And looking at the picture, it seems they are forming a cosy trio.
Gaga, who heads back to the United States shortly, has posted several flattering tweets on India in the last few days, saying: “When I am sad, India makes me feel…”
Well, at least her India expedition hasn’t been as eventful as that of Metallica’s, which has seen a lot of backlash for the organisers after the New Delhi concert was cancelled over security issues last weekend.
