Shah Rukh Khan loves Salman's Dabangg

In yet another rendezvous with the media while on his Ra.One promotion spree, Shah Rukh Khan talks nineteen to the dozen about everything under the sun.
Here he is at his wittiest best as he talks about comparisons, controversies, pressures and social work.
Excerpts:
On controversies
As a new comer in tinsel town, controversies would put me off. I would get upset when something bad was written about me. As I matured I realized that being a star, I needed to be patient. Everything will be written about a star as his fans love to know about him. It is me who has to try and always do the right things to avoid any controversy. No sooner did I understand the importance of being close to my fans, I stopped getting irritated about rumors about me. Now, nothing bothers me and my family and I take it in our stride.
On comparisons
The trend of comparisons especially when senior stars are compared to new comers is saddening. As a new entrant in Bollywood, Aamir and Salman were my seniors. They had been working in films for about four years prior to my entry on the silver screen. After so many years, there is a healthy competition between the three of us. Aamir, Salman and I have shared some great moments in life together, which each of us will treasure. Everyone in the industry works hard, and it is great if their film is a hit. I recently watched Dabangg and loved it. Salman has his own style, so does Aamir. All of us are different and have our own audience and style. To attain stardom, tremendous hard work must be put in. To be reigning for 24 years as a movie star is a great achievement. I wish, when I grow up, I will also become a great star like one of these boys.
Working under pressure
Pressure always brings out the best in me. I literally enjoy working under pressure. Whenever one works under pressure, he or she is bound to bring out the best in him/her. At least, I have always done well under pressure. Pressure encourages me to match up to the quality of others.
On his social work
I have always respected women because as mothers, sisters, daughters and wives, they always stand by their families whenever they need support. I am planning to do something for the women of our country. A woman plays a vital role in our day-to-day affairs. Life without them would be a worthless bauble.
I have always chosen to invest in public utilities for women all over the country, from big cities to small towns and villages. I would definitely like to enhance investments in women-oriented sectors. Women need to be treated in a dignified and respectful manner. I know how much I loved my mom and respected her.
