It's now time for Amitabh Bachchan to face the heat on the hot seat. The table has turned towards the host of 'Kaun Banega Crorepati' Amitabh Bachchan, who will be bombarded with questions from none other than Shah Rukh Khan.
The Diwali special episode of KBC will see King Khan promoting his upcoming movie Ra.One. It was time for role reversal in the show when Shah Rukh exchanged seat with the host. Instetad of being the guest he took on the role of a host very briefly.
Sources from the show tell Emirates 24|7, "SRK, who hosted the show in its third edition in 2007, relived his days of hosting KBC".
Amitabh Bachchan was seemingly comfortable in the hot seat as Shah Rukh put Mr Bachchan's GK to test. With some hits and some misses Big B was most gracious facing the questions.
Bachchan also delivered one of his famous dialogues from 'Shahenshah' on SRK's request, "Rishte mein hum tumhare baap lagte hai, Naam hai Shahensha". The two stars showed great camaraderie and shared anecdotes to the audience's delight.
When it comes to entertaining fans no one can beat the perfect performer Shah Rukh Khan. He picked one of the girls from the audience to match his steps on the dance number from his latest flick 'Ra.One'. The foot tapping music of 'Chammak challo' drew more girls who joined the King Khan on the floor.
"Of all the celebrities who appeared on the show this season, Shah Rukh won the highest amount of prize money. He will be donating his Dh3 lakh 74 thousand to charity," revealed the source.
The Diwali special episode will be telecast on Sony Entertainment Television this week on October 20.
