Cowell's affair with Dannii revealed

Simon Cowell has admitted to have been in a relationship with Aussie star Dannii Minogue, while they were judges on The X Factor.

According to a 'Daily Mail' report, the quotes are published in a new book about his life titled - The Intimate Life of Simon Cowell, written by former BBC journalist Tom Bower.

Fity-two-year-old Cowell, who has never been married, has had a flig of affairs and crushes with hi-profile women. The ladykiller is quoted to have said 'it was genuine love' after Dannii joined The X Factor judging panel in 2007.

"I had a crush on her. It was her hair, the sexy clothes and the ***s. She was foxy. She was a real man’s girl. Very feminine," he added. In fact, then they were once caught holding hands inside his car, but he had denied any speculation, saying, 'every guy in the world fancies Dannii...She’s become a sex symbol since joining the show."

Even as the book says Cowell might have difficulty getting close to Dannii because he was just getting over a split with Terri Seymour, his official announcement of a split with Terri came only in 2008. One of his long-time friends, however, says Cowell had separated from Terri a back.

Meanwhile, even as he was involved with Terri, he was in romance with Jasmine Lennard n 2006.

Whatever, the duration Cowell has never had long-lasting relationships. Eighties pop star Sinitta, who dated him for a number of years and remains a close friend, calls Cowell a ‘master of denial’. He also confirmed to having pursued Cheryl Cole.

As tabloids spill the details of his affiar with the Aussi star, 40-year-old Dannii has just split from her partner Kris Smith and has decided to remain mum on the subject.  

In fact, the other judge Sharon Osbourne had dislikes Dannii then. And last year she had said Dannii was useless and 'not so much a dum bulb as a power cut'. She was pur jealous of Cowell flirting with her, perhaps.

It is also said during The X Factor time, Cowell was with his fiancee Mezhgan Hussainy, popularly called Mish - the make-up artist.

It seems Cowell doesn't have room for anything else in life but for romance not genuine love.
