Pop star Lady Gaga posed topless with designer friend Donatella Versace during the Paris Fashion Week.

The singer cuddled up to Versace, using an arm to partially conceal her assets, but she couldn't hide one of her assets well enough, reports thesun.co.uk.

The duo made Gaga's trademark "monster claw" with their hands as they gazed into the camera for celebrity photographer Terry Richardson. He posted the photo with a caption that read, ‘Donatella and Lady Gaga in one of Gianni’s bathrooms’.

It seems Gaga was wearing a leather outfit, which she decided to roll down to her waist, while her friend kept her modesty well hidden in a bondage-style outfit.

Lady Gaga urges fans to accept her body flaws

Lady Gaga has posed in her undergarments encourage fans to accept their "perceived flaws." The 'Born This Way' hitmaker posted the photographs in response to recent reports focusing on her weight.

The pop star said that she is happy with how she looks after struggling with eating disorders and wants others to join A Body Revolution on her Little Monsters website.

"My mother and I created the BORN THIS WAY FOUNDATION for one reason: to inspire bravery (sic)," Stuff.co.nz quoted her as writing.

"This profile is an extension of that dream. Be brave and celebrate with us your 'perceived flaws,' as society tells us. May we make our flaws famous, and thus redefine the heinous.

"Now that the body revolution has begun, be brave and post a photo of you that celebrates your triumph over insecurities," she wrote.

Gaga said that she has suffered from bulimia and anorexia since she was 15, and added that she is now happy with her body.

"My weight/loss/gain since i was child has tormented me. No amount of help has ever healed my pain about it. But YOU have," she continued.

"My boyfriend prefers me curvier, when i eat and am healthy and not so worried about my looks, I'm happy. Happier then I've ever been. i am not going to go on a psycho-spree because of scrutiny. This is who I am. And I am proud at any size. And i love you, and want you to be proud in any form you may take as well," she wrote.

Fans have flooded the site with their own stories, praising Gaga for her honesty.

"I have been startled and overwhelmed with pride and emotion the past few days. Gratitude mostly. Seeing you post photos of things on your bodies and in your minds that you feel society tells you you should be ashamed of. You are showing them you have no shame," she added.
