The 'Man From U.N.C.L.E.' filmmaker tied the knot with Jacqui Ainsley - the mother of his children Rafael, three, Rivka, two, and 13-month-old Levi - in a ceremony at their Ashcombe House estate in Wiltshire, South West England, yesterday.
A host of famous faces were seen arriving at the nuptials - which were believed to have a music festival theme - including soccer star David Beckham, socialite Jemima Khan, film producer Eric Fellner and his partner Laura Bailey, and actress Zoe Lucker, the MailOnline reports.
In addition, Gwyneth Paltrow, Brad Pitt, Sting and his wife Trudie Styler, and George Clooney and with Amal were also believed to have been on the guest list.
The grounds of the estate had rows of luxury cabins set up for guests to stay, as well as a big marquee where the reception was expected to take place.
Earlier today, David spoke of his excitement at attending the wedding of the 46-year-old filmmaker - who has sons Rocco, 14, and David, nine, with ex-wife Madonna - and the 43-year-old beauty.
Alongside a photo of himself and Guy, he wrote on Instagram: "What a beautiful day today is going to be...
"I want to wish my mate and his beautiful bride an amazing day where friends and family come together to celebrate what they have and are going to create together over the years to come.
Have an amazing day you two... Oh and by the way don't miss Man from U.N.C.L.E .. Proud to have played a small part ... @guyritchie."
The couple started dating in April 2010 after meeting at friend's party the year before, announcing their engagement shortly before Rivka was born in November 2012.
Jay Z and Beyoncé expecting a baby?
Jay Z and Beyoncé are reportedly expecting their second child together after allegedly conceiving through IVF.
The couple - who already have three-year-old daughter Blue Ivy together - are feeling incredibly "lucky" over their apparent impending arrival.
A source said: "They've been trying for a while, and it was so hard when it wasn't happening. they both desperately wanted another child and feel so lucky. But they definitely won't tell everyone with just a statement - that's not their vibe."
And the 'Drunk In Love' hitmaker is also believed to be worried about "jinxing" things by revealing they are expecting ahead of the first trimester.
A source added to US' OK! magazine: "Even though she's barely showing, she's paranoid that someone will pick up on it, so she's hiding her stomach whenever she goes out.
"They've gone through so much to get here that they don't want to jinx it by telling everyone before the three-month mark. They'd love to involve Blue, because they know how much she wants a little brother or sister."
Meanwhile, an insider previously claimed the couple were not rushing into a second pregnancy.
The source said: "So, Jay and Bey are not rushing into things because they feel like they are still young and can put it off for a bit! They had been trying but settled down, because they are so busy with their careers and parenting Blue as it is."
What did Lady Gaga spend £190,000 on?
Lady Gaga has bought three pairs of Alexander McQueen 'Armadillo' heels for £190,000 as a "memory" of her friendship with the late designer.
The 29-year-old singer has taken to Instagram to reveal she was the winning bidder for three pairs of the iconic boots, auctioned at Christie's in aid of UNICEF, and called them a gift "from heaven".
Along with a photo of Gaga sat down trying on her new shoes - taken by her fiance Taylor Kinney - she shared: "When a gift comes to you from Heaven photo by Taylor Kinney best fiancée ever."
The 'Poker Face' star has made no secret of how much of a fan she is of McQueen - who tragically died in 2010 -, having also worn the 'Armadillo' heels in her 'Bad Romance' music video, and later revealed she sees her new shoes as a "sign of love from beyond".
Along with a picture of Gaga wearing a nude bodysuit, clutching her 'Armadillo' shoes, she wrote: "Long Live McQueen. Look monsters, we got a sign of love from the beyond."
The 'Alejandro' hitmaker also revealed she wanted the shoes as a "memory" of the friendship she had with the fashion designer.
Speaking to V Magazine, Gaga said: "There is no diamond, no award, nothing I ever wanted more than a memory of my brief friendship with McQueen. I am sad every day that I enter my closet, knowing he is not here anymore to dazzle the world with his beautiful, dark, limitless, brave mind."
"These shoes are the only tangible piece I have left of our work together."

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner are not in a hurry to dissolve their marriage.
The former couple - who have children Violet, nine, Seraphina, six, and three-year-old Samuel together - may have announced they had separated last month but are not in a hurry to dissolve their marriage.

"They're concentrating on being a family right now."
Indeed the pair are moving in to a new home together and are planning to rent Brooke Shields' Los Angeles home once they return from Georgia, where the 43-year-old actress is currently shooting 'Miracles From Heaven'.
Their own Los Angeles property - where Ben is expected to move into a separate annexe on the estate - is currently undergoing extensive renovations and as they "don't want to live in a construction zone", they decided to seek alternative accommodation.
A source told the New York Post newspaper's Page Six column: "[Ben will] remain with his family on this new property."
Brooke and her husband Chris Henchy put their five bedroom, five-and-a-half bathroom property - which is just a few houses away from Ben and Jennifer's home - up for rent last month as they spend most of their time in New York.
It was recently claimed the 'Alias' star and her 42-year-old estranged husband are "playing happy families" for the sake of their children.
A source said: "They both put on their happy faces and don't show any signs of anger or frustration. They definitely play happy family in front of the kids."

Snoop Dogg arrested in Sweden
Snoop Dogg was arrested in Sweden on Saturday night on suspicion of using illegal substances but was later released after taking a urine test.
The 'Drop It Like It's Hot' hitmaker was pulled over and taken into a police station where he was forced to take a urine test following his show in Copenhagen as officers believed he had been using illegal drugs
Daniel Nilsson - police spokesman for the Uppsala region - said in a statement: "Police carrying out roadside controls noticed that Snoop Dogg (whose car was pulled over) seemed to be under the influence of narcotics.
"He was arrested and taken to the police station to take a urine test."
The entire incident is only believed to have lasted "several minutes" as the test results were not immediately available, meaning he has been released while testing is carried out.
The spokesman added: "The incident lasted several minutes. Once the test was carried out he left."
The 43-year-old rapper has been open about his personal drug use in the past and is a keen advocate of cannabis, which he is legally allowed to use to treat migraines in California.
And in 2013, Snoop confessed to smoking up to 80 cannabis blunts per day, adding he would "love" to show his kids Cordé, 20, Cordell, 18 and Cori, 16, how to smoke the substance "the right way".
He said: "It's not that I would ever push weed on our kids. But if they wanted to, I would love to show them how, the right way, so that way they won't get nothing put in their shit or overdose or trying some shit that ain't clean."
