Shah Rukh’s son enters Bollywood?

If reports are to be believed, Aryan Khan has been offered a movie alongside dad ShahRukh Khan.

The 12-year-old is to star in a film about the problems of growing up amongst teenagers.

The conflict and contrast between a father and son's perspective is the basis of the film.

“The film centres around the romantic world of a teenager. At the same time, the same incidents and situations seem very practical and mundane in the eyes of the father,” Indian newspaper DNA reported an anonymous source as saying.

“The filmmakers are very confident that Shah Rukh will like it but there has been no response from SRK yet. The filmmaker is keeping his fingers crossed,” the source said.

Aryan has already been on screen before, debuting in Karan Johar’s 2001 magnum opus, “Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham”. However, this will be his first full-length role.

Perhaps the producers were inspired by Jaden Smith’s success in the remake of Karate Kid.
