'Son of a Devgun' born to Bollywood's Kajol

Bollywood power couple Kajol and Ajay Devgn became the proud parents of a baby boy on Monday, according to sources close to the couple.

The “We Are Family” actress gave birth to the child at 9.20am Indian time at Mumbai's Lilavati Hospital, seven years after her daughter Nysa was born.

Both mother and baby were reportedly doing fine.

All of Bollywood took to Twitter to congratulate the popular actress.

Leading the charge was superstar Shah Rukh Khan, who has starred opposite the actress in several films. He wrote:  “Bringing life on earth is the most beautiful gift of God.Allah bless Ajay & Kajol with happiness & health. son of a devgun wow masha allah.”

Actress and former Miss World Priyanka Chopra also weighed in: “It's amazing when a new life comes into the world.. Congrats Ajay and kajol on the birth of ur baby boy.”

Others Tweeting their felicitations included director Madhur Bhandarkar and actor Riteish Deshmukh.

Kajol and Devgn married in 1999.
