‘04’ of Dubai to debut on January 14 on MBC4

MBC Group has announced that the joint TV drama production, 04 (Zero Four), will premiere this Saturday on its top-rated Channel, MBC4.

The half-hour daily series follows a group of young men, each from different cultural backgrounds and with a variety of lifestyles and outlook on life, who have moved to Dubai, in search of a better life.

The series’ name “04” is reflective of the city code of Dubai and will unfold the dramatic struggles that the young men face while dealing with their own cultural differences and their day-to-day life in a cosmopolitan city, as Dubai.

The viewers will be able to follow the men’s individual ways of fulfilling their aspirations and ambitions, away from home and their loved ones.

The Pan-Arab cast is comprised of 4 young men, each with unique personality traits, living in one household: Ziad, the Lebanese “thrill seeker”; Abdelaziz, the Kuwaiti “creative athlete”; Wissam, the Jordanian “Introvert” and finally Hassan, the “Romantic” Egyptian.

04 is a joint production between MBC Group Content, 03 Productions and BPG Group, who are partnering as marketing, creative, digital and target audience consultants.

04 will launch on January 14th at 19:00 GMT (22:00 KSA) and is scheduled to air every day from Saturday to Wednesday.
