Image Nation Abu Dhabi has announced it was looking for actors for its new social Arabic-language television series in the UAE later this year.

Michael Garin, CEO of Image Nation, said: "Providing both established and aspiring actors with the opportunity for so many juicy roles should help them enormously to both develop their craft and gain wider public recognition. It’s a unique chance to bring compelling entertainment to audiences around the world, while providing a host of opportunities both in front and behind the camera that advance Image Nation’s mission of creating a sustainable media sector in the UAE and the region."

A casting call is already underway to fill hundreds of secondary roles, from leading characters to extras.

Alwiya A. Thani, Production Manager at Image Nation, said: "The launch of this original and exciting television drama presents a wonderful opportunity for UAE Nationals and residents to break into show business. We are particularly excited to have such strong female characters, especially our lead lawyer. These reflect the important roles women play across our society and provide unique opportunities for a host of female actors."

A number of roles are available for Emiratis, other Arab nationalities, Pakistanis and Indians.

Actors looking for speaking roles must be fluent in Arabic (Gulf, Levant, or Egyptian dialect).
