Ever since boy band One Direction shot to fame Harry Styles stood out as the most popular member.

Besides being talented Harry is popular with the girls. He won a Teen Choice Award for the hottest smile and supposed to be the real life Prince Charming.

Reportedly, the 20-year-old is more mature than his colleagues in the band and is said to be extremely professional.

Hence, it has been always predicted that if ever the band disintegrates it will Harry who will most likely go solo first.

There have been rumours in the music industry that Harry is preparing to go solo.

Daily Mail reports that Harry Styles has taken another step towards distancing himself from the group.

The report says, Harry instructed Irish accountant Alan McEvoy to set up a company called HSA Publishing Ltd, with just himself and McEvoy as directors.

Earlier McEvoy created 1D Media Limited, of which all of One Direction – Niall Horan, Zayn Malik, Liam Payne, Louis Tomlinson and Styles – are directors, each with a 20 per cent share.

So the question is why will Harry open a new company when he already has one?

Daily Mail also reported that the singer has been popping into a recording studio in London whenever.

But his close associates maintain it is ridiculous even to suggest that he would ever leave the band.

One Direction has a five-album deal and their fifth – a greatest hits record – is expected this year.

A 1D spokesman said Harry’s firm had been set up in agreement with other members of the band.
