Kanye West raids Kim Kardashian's wardrobe

Kim Kardashian is no more just bling and flashy.

Kim’s wardrobe – normally tight, bright and more than slightly trashy – has been improving of late. The credit seems to belong to her new boyfriend, Kanye West.

Kanye West made Kim Kardashian throw away most of her clothes and bought her a whole new wardrobe as he wanted her to have a a new image.

The 'Stronger' rapper - who has been dating the reality TV star for around five months - told the 31-year-old socialite that if she got rid of many of her outfits, he would buy her a new wardrobe.

In new scenes from the family's reality show, 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians', Kanye tells Kim he isn't a fan of her of her clothes and wants her to make the best dressed lists.

So after she ditches her beloved garments and goes on a shopping spree, he gives the new wardrobe his seal of approval.

He said: "Look how dope this is.

He then told her: "[You're] getting on best dressed lists now. You're stepping into this territory. You look amazing - it's a new Kim!"

Kanye does his best to help her get rid of the old and make room for the new, which incites so much muttering that he actually needs subtitles. He says things like, "But babe, you really gotta clean out everything,” points to a purse and asks "What about this joint right here?" and exclaims, "Oh, hell no!"
 
At the end of the clip, Kim admits, "I think it's so ironic that I'm always giving my friends their closet makeovers, so for the roles to be reversed, it's like, Oh my God." She took the words right out of our mouths.

But the reality star need not worry about her clear wardrobe as Kanye filled it up as quickly as he dumped them away.

Kim tweeted: Haha don't worry! Its filled back up! RT @lorenridinger: Im traumatized right now! @KimKardashian @kanyewest is cleaning out the closet! LOL

Kim - who is currently going through a divorce from second husband Kris Humphries - recently said she and Kanye were made for each other because they have the same beliefs.

She said: "When this whole life is done, and it's just the two of us sitting somewhere when we're 80, you want to have things to talk about that you have in common. I think that's something maybe I didn't value as highly as a quality I cared about in someone."
