Katrina gets Rs10 million for 10 minutes

If reports are to be believed, Bollywood queen Katrina Kaif has been offered Dh7,24,150 [Rs10m] to grace an event for just 10 minutes.

According to reports, Katrina Kaif is expected to make a brief appearance at a fashion show in Kochi in Kerala, Inida on March 25. She is also expected to walk the ramp.
 
Down south in India, Bollywood stars are hot favourites for events and promotions followed by other south Indian stars with some presence in Bollywood like Asin, Genelia, Shriya and Trisha.

These stars get paid as much as Dh2,17,245 for an appearnce. Superstars like Shah Rukh Khan get as much as Dh1.4 million for a promotion or event.
