Kim Kardashian West has poked fun at her brother Rob Kardashian's tattoo of Rita Ora, saying it looks like a "Cabbage Patch Doll" since he piled on weight.

The 28-year-old sock designer has seen his weight balloon since he ended his relationship with the 'Poison' hitmaker in 2012 and his older sister has poked fun at the way his body art - which he had to cover up an inked tribute to another former lover, Adrienne Bailon - has distorted as a result.

Speaking on last night's episode of 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians', Kim said to her mother Kris Jenner and half-sister Kylie Jenner: "He covered [the tattoo] with a life-sized barbie doll of Rita that has now turned into a Cabbage Patch Doll.

"Have you seen it lately? It was like a Barbie doll and he's gained weight and it's like a huge Cabbage Patch Kid. Huge!"

The brunette beauty - who reportedly weighed 190 pounds while pregnant with son Saint - made the comments in scenes shot for the E! Show before Rob was rushed to hospital with health problems over the Christmas and New Year period.

Doctors discovered he has diabetic ketoacidosis, and he has reportedly been instructed to eat well and exercise to get the condition under control and potentially into remission.

Khloe Kardashian takes swipe at Scott Disick

Khloe Kardashian has slammed Scott Disick for "playing the victim" and insists her own harsh words to him were to "protect" those she loves.

The 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star live-Tweeted as the latest episode of the reality show aired in the US and didn't mince her words when it came to her thoughts on sister Kourtney Kardashian's former boyfriend, who had broken down in tears as he discussed his addiction and struggles to be alone without the family with her ex-lover, her siblings Khloe and Kim Kardashian West and their mother Kris Jenner.

Khloe wrote: "I was literally speechless when Scott walked in #KUWTK

"I hate people who play victim. Take accountability people. Own your actions #KUWTK (sic)"

The 31-year-old star also admitted she looked "mean" and was surprised at how much she had spoken during the exchange.

She wrote: "My stare down is meeeeaaaaannnnn

"Why am I the only one talking?! Lol I'm just noticing that no one said anything but me. Ha! I guess when you date 1of us you date all of us (sic)"

But Khloe insisted her harsh words came with good intentions.

She added: "Sometimes I'm way too direct but I am all about protecting the ones I love my intentions are good.(sic)"

During the conversation, Scott apologised for his partying antics, admitted he would have "killed himself" if it weren't for his and Kourtney's three kids, Mason, six, Penelope, three, and Reign, 12 months, and vowed to change and win back the brunette beauty.

Kendall Jenner 'Styles out' date

Harry Styles and Kendall Jenner enjoyed a dinner date on Tuesday.

The 21-year-old singer and the 21-year-old model - who went on a string of dates in 2013 before their brief romance fizzled out - have fuelled speculation of a reconciliation after being spotted dining together at Blanchards restaurant on the Caribbean Island of Anguilla.

While the pair were joined by a group of friends, they sat beside each other and looked quite cosy, according to pictures obtained by E! News.

And a tweet from an excited fan in the restaurant read: "IM AT DINNER WITH KENDALL JENNER AND HARRY STYLES ARE EATING DINNER NEXT TO ME THIS IS NOT A DRILL (sic)."

Harry showed off his new tattoo of an eagle as he posed for pictures with fans at the restaurant.

He has covered up the 'Things I Can' tattoo on his right arm and replaced it with the image of the majestic bird.

They are not the only celebrities on the island as Kendall's pals Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin have also been spotted in Anguilla.

Meanwhile, Kendall revealed she is hoping for a more restful 2016 after being secretly admitted to hospital for exhaustion this year.

The 20-year-old supermodel explained that her jet-set lifestyle finally caught up with her and she has vowed to take better care of herself next year.

Kendall wrote on her website, KendallJ.com: "I just got so tired from work and life and everything that it freaked me out at the end of this year. I actually had to go to the hospital because I was so exhausted - it was definitely a wake-up call that I need to take better care of myself.

"So, I guess my resolution would be to chill out more and have the ability to be a little more spontaneous. I want to enjoy being home a little bit more. No matter what, 2016 is going to be the best yet. I can feel it!"

Kendall also revealed that she often sets goals such as "finding a boyfriend" for herself but isn't too worried about her love life right now.

She explained: "I'm not big on New Year's resolutions. I don't write a list down or anything, it's definitely more of an in-my-head kind of thing. I set random goals like 'find a boyfriend' but it's not legit at all, lol (sic)."

Kylie to quit Instagram post baby

Kylie Jenner will quit Instagram when she becomes a mother.

The 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' star - who is a lover of the photo-sharing site - admits she plans to ditch her 46.5 million followers once she gives birth to her first child.

She told ELLE magazine: "Once I have a kid, I'm not going to be on Instagram. I'll probably delete my Instagram and just ... I don't know, live life.

"I would love to have a family and build a home with a farm in Malibu Canyon and just have my kids and throw away my phone, and just really, like, live my life and not do this anymore."

Meanwhile, the 18-year-old beauty has reportedly been advised to limit her posts on social media by the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department over fears the information will be used inappropriately by her fans.

It is no surprise Kylie is considering ditching the online platform, as she previously revealed she wishes she could be away from the spotlight.

James Harden dumps Khloe?

Reality TV star Khloe Kardashian has been dumped by James Harden, according to a report.

The 31-year-old beauty has not been seen in public with the 26-year-old basketball player since November 8, which is the same day Khloe listed several self-help books on her website khloewithak.com, prompting speculation about the status of their relationship.

"The media scrutiny, her family's meddling and her mood swings drove him over the edge."

James is reportedly happy to continue seeing Khloe, but he doesn't want to persist with their relationship.

The insider added: "He told her they can still hook up, but anything serious is off the table."

Khloe has reportedly been hit hard by James' decision to end their relationship, especially in light of the health concerns surrounding her estranged husband Lamar Odom, who was discovered unconscious in a brothel in Nevada earlier this year.

Since then, Khloe has made regular visits to see Lamar and was spotted at the Cedar-Sinai hospital in Los Angeles after Christmas.

Khloe - who married the retired basketball star in 2009 - previously revealed Lamar is making a good recovery.

She said: "His kidneys are recovered and all of his organs are pretty much recovered. It's more his brain is still affected and physically he has to learn how to walk again and he is learning how to feed himself again.

"All those normal things we take for granted every day and it's a really long road and it's going to take a long time."

Kanye buys Kim 150 presents

Generous Kanye West splashed out on 150 Christmas gifts for his wife Kim Kardashian West.

The 'Stronger' rapper spared no expense in treating his wife - with whom he has children North, two, and Saint, three weeks, over the festive season - her sister Kourtney Kardashian has revealed.

Kourtney shared a Christmas video on her website which showed the neatly-wrapped packages - which were adorned in less-than-festive black paper - it was revealed in a video shared on kourtneykardashian.com - and a multicoloured fur coat.

A voiceover said: "You've got to Kim, from Kanye. 150 gifts and counting."

Meanwhile, Kim, 35, splashed out on a silver Can-Am Spyder bike, which retails at over $14,999, for her 38-year-old husband.

As Kanye took it for a test run, Kim said: "You know we do silver cars, so I had it made it matte silver."

And their little girl was seen in the video riding a tiny fire engine toy truck.

A voice asked her: "Santa brought you that?"

The video also showed Caitlyn Jenner - who was previously married to Kris Jenner - joined the family for Christmas.

Last week, Caitlyn, who was previously known as Bruce before undergoing a gender transition, admitted Kris' Christmas Eve party is her favourite event of the festive season.

She said: "Probably the biggest tradition I have along with the rest of the family, is Kris - for the last 30 years - her Christmas Eve party is over the top spectacular.

"She does such a beautiful job with decorating the house. We've had the same Santa Claus for 25 years."
