Oscar-nominated Jennifer Lawrence is set to put stop to acting for a year - after 23-year-old actress has made eight movies in just 12 months.

According to producer Harvey Weinstein, the exhausted actress will enjoy a much "long break" from the big screens.

Lawrence has been shooting for many of her films like ‘The Hunger Games’ series and ‘X-Men’ franchise without taking any break.

The Sun on Sunday quoted Harvey: "Jennifer is too nice and will do people favours and agrees to do a movie like American Hustle when she could have had a rest.

"She signed on to do Hunger Games when she was young and wouldn't have realised how much it would dominate her life."

On top of her film careers, Jennifer's time has also been taken up as she looks to buy a house in the UK with her boyfriend Nicholas Hoult.

Looks like after collecting her Oscar trophy Jennifer Lawrence will vanish for some time.
