For Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone, ex is no longer a lonely planet.

The ex-flames are comfortable in each other's company as it is evident from the trailer of their next movie 'Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani'

The camaraderie they share while promoting the movie is making head turn and Bollywood is abuzz with reports on how Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone have been displaying ample chemistry while promoting the movie.

Ranbir and Deepika, who broke up in 2010 amid rumours of infidelity on Ranbir's part, share a chemistry that is nothing less than an explosion.

From whispering to each other to giggles to sharing jokes between each other, there's ample display of the fondness they share.

All these suggest that breaking up did nothing at all to damage their chemistry, quite the reverse, in fact. At the launch of the trailer too, Ranbir and Deepika seemed  to get along famously.

Deepika says they look good on-screen as they are compatible with each other.

Speaking to reporters she said, "Chemistry is always there in characters. When people go and watch a film they feel the hero and heroine are looking good together... a lot of it is because of the chemistry, the lines and performance that we have to deliver. Chemistry is intangible.. either you have it or not."

During the first trailer launch when couple of awkward questions was thrown at Deepika, Ranbir leaped to save the day for her.

But now it seems the actress has summoned all the courage to face the harsh questions and deal it herself.

"We are fortunate that we (Ranbir and I) have a good on screen chemistry. It feels good that people have liked us in the promos. And I hope it has nothing to do with we being ex-lovers. We are compatible, we look lovely on screen. He (Ranbir) is a wonderful co-star, we had lot of fun," reports Indian daily DNA.

The 27-year-old actress has previously worked with Ranbir in 2008 film 'Bachna Ae Haseeno'. 'Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani' is directed by Ayan Mukherjee and releases on May 31.
