The Golden Kela awards, or the Indian Razzies, were announced with actors Ajay Devgn and Sonakshi Sinha winning the top honours.

Ajay Devgn was judged worst actor of the year for his performances in ‘Son of Sardaar’ and ‘Bol Bachchan’, while Sonakshi was picked for ‘Joker’, ‘Rowdy Rathore’, ‘Son of Sardaar’ and ‘Dabangg2’.

Even the 'hit-machine' Salman Khan was not spared, his ‘Dabangg2’ has been adjudicated as the Worst Sequel of the year. 'Dabangg 2' did cross the much hyped Rs 100 crore (INR) benchmark but didn't impress the audiences as Salman's other blockbusters.

History was created during the Golden Kela awards when one of the recipients even attended the event and accepted the award graciously.

Tipped for the worst song-writer for the track ‘Ishq Wala Love’ from ‘Student of the Year’, Anvita Dutt decided to do the unthinkable and go pick up the award.

“Shekhar (music director), told me very emotionally, 'For this song Anvita, you will definitely win an award!', but the guy didn't specify which award it would be!” mocked Dutt.

According to the Indian media, she said she excited to win the award and vowed to “keep trying to come for the award again and again”.

Dutt has written lyrics and dialogues for ‘Bachna Ae Haseeno’, ‘Heyy Babyy’, ‘Dostana’ and ‘Patiala House’.
