Sridevi's girl to enter films with Karan Johar's help?

According to the latest buzz on the Bollywood grapevine, Sridevi has had her way. Karan Johar will launch Sridevi and Boney Kapoor's elder daughter, Jhanvi Kapoor.

Jhanvi has been a regular on Bollywood's social circuit and has been spotted (some claim, too often), clinging to either of her parents as they posed on various red carpets. Karan Johar is said to have met her quite often and is also said to be mulling over offering her his own launch vehicle.

A glimpse at Jhanvi is enough to know that mummy Sridevi has left no stone unturned to groom her daughter for an acting profession in the Indian film industry. The teenager is also said to have taken dancing lession, diction classes and regular visits to salons.

Jhanvi, has supposedly, already received invites from several South Indian filmmakers. However her mother wants her daughter to finish her education before she embarks on her filmy career. After all, Sridevi knows the value of education, since she missed out on it due to joining her profession at a tender age.
