Sunny days are here again

Sunny Leone had a good auto ride when she stepped out to promote her upcoming film ‘Ragini MMS 2’.
The makers have been trying to use ingenious methods to promote the film and getting Sunny to do an auto ride was one of them.

The actress who steps away from a career in adult movies to one with a lot more respect and fan following in Bollywood, seems to be tagged with a sexy girl image, and she doesn’t want to really change that.

Excerpts from an interview.

How’s your experience with your new movie campaign in Bollywood coming up?

I think the promotions went off very well. People were very interested with what was going on, when I was putting stickers on rickshaws. I just love these rickshaws. It is probably the easiest and fastest ways of transportation in Mumbai as these guys can get through anywhere in between cars, too.
 
Did you ever have a rickshaw ride before this?

I had once. It was fun. I also got in trouble when my director said that I don’t want you to take any chances in rickshaws and travel alone. I said what’s the big deal? It is so much fun.
 
What’s the difference between Ragini MMS and Ragini MMS 2?

Well Ragini MMS and Ragini MMS 2 are different film. The first one was a scary movie and the second film is a horror film and a lot more than the first one.

There are many questions like who, why, when, where, and why is the haunted house? Why was it haunted? There is a back story. Plus there are some beautiful songs and the second film has been shot completely differently than the first one.
 
‘Do Mein Zyada Mazaa Hai’ is the tagline. How do you describe that?

Always, there is more fun when there it is two as opposed to 1. In this film I have 2 different characters too. One of them is an actress and the second one is the scary one who is possessed, but then she is sexy too. And I live two different worlds in this film.
 
Do you believe in ghosts in real life?

I don’t really believe in ghosts in real life. If I did, I probably wouldn’t have done Ragini MMS 2.

The biggest compliments you have got till date?

The best compliment I have got is for the song Baby Doll and everybody watching it right now. Watching those YouTube hits going up is the best compliment. That means that people are liking it and it’s interesting. The greatest compliment I have ever got was when Ekta Kapoor called me and she told me that the climax is very good
 
What was the hardest part of the movie?

For me the climax of the movie was hardest that I have ever worked in till date. That’s probably an experience. I hope that I would never have do it again in my life. The climax of the movie is my favourite part of the movie.
 
How is it shooting in Mumbai?

The shooting of the film was mainly in Mumbai which gave me a chance to get to know Mumbai and it was great.
 
What do you have to say with the promotions? Is it half the battle won?

I hope so. The response is unbelievable. The amount of hits on YouTube, the amount of work on releasing it and it definitely helps you in promotion.
 
Do you like watching horror films?

I love horror movies. When I was small, I used to beg my mom and dad to watch horror films.
 
Do you think you are being typecast in your films?

I don’t know about type cast. If I am being typecast what can I do? I can’t change that. I cannot change my past not can I change the way filmmakers look at me when they are looking to cast me.
