Taylor Swift thinks her friend Selena Gomez has made a bad choice by spending time with her former boyfriend Justin Bieber.

Selena, 20, and her on/off boyfriend recently spent the 4th of July holiday together but Taylor, 23, is worried her close friend is headed for heartbreak after getting close to Justin again.

A source told HollywoodLife.com: "Taylor absolutely hates the fact that Selena and Justin are hanging out again and looking like they are getting back together. She feels she is going to get hurt and run back to Taylor when things get bad again. She is ready to say, 'I told you so.' "

Taylor hoped to distract Selena from her romantic entanglement with Justin,19, by encouraging her to date up and coming singer Austin Mahone but it doesn't appear to have worked.

The source added: "It was [Taylor's] idea to push Austin [Mahone] and Selena together because she really likes Austin and thinks he would be a good distraction for Selena right now."

Along with Taylor, Selena's other friends are said to be furious about the reconciliation.

A source previously said: "Selena's friends have stuck by her through thick and thin, but the whole back-and-forth relationship with Bieber is really starting to wear on them.

"None of her friends really like Justin - or at least, they don't like Selena with Justin. It's just not a healthy relationship."

Justin Bieber gives lucky fan tickets to show

Justin Bieber made one lucky fan very happy after giving her free tickets to his concert at the Wells Fargo Arena in Des Moines, Iowa, on Sunday (07.07.13).

The 'Boyfriend' singer surprised the lucky fan with the tickets and other goodies after she waited several hours by his tour bus outside the Wells Fargo Arena in Des Moines, Iowa, to get a glimpse of her idol before his concert on Sunday (07.07.13).

The fan, who goes by the name @AhoyBieber on Twitter, revealed her incredible encounter with Justin to all her followers on the social networking site.

She wrote: "Because I wanted to see Justin that badly. I waited out all day and I was about ready to go back to my hotel when Justin came outside. He talked to us, gave us his food and got us tickets! if you are determined and never give up, anything can happen! (sic)"

Her luck did not stop there as Justin also tweeted his devoted fan.

He replied: "hey @AhoyBieber, @heartbreakniall and @ashtonourry ...thanks for saying hi. hope u enjoyed the show (sic)"

In more tweets about her encounter, @AhoyBieber wrote: "I just want to say, this morning I had no tickets for the show and no way to get to the arena to see Justin. I walked almost 5miles ... Because I wanted to see Justin that badly. I waited out all day and I was about ready to go back to my hotel when Justin came outside He talked to us, gave us his food and got us tickets! if you are determined and never give up, anything can happen! (sic)"

The fan also revealed the 19-year-old pop superstar mimicked her British accent when he spoke to her.

However, Justin didn't make all of his fans in Iowa so happy, as he was reportedly three hours late on stage at the arena.

The singer - who was two hours late for a concert at The O2 arena in London in March - thought the 7pm concert start time was optional, according to Perez Hilton.com, and eventually made his way out at 10:00 pm.

However, officials at the venue insist the show was meant to officially start at 9:30 pm - making him only 30 minutes late.

Selena Gomez: 'Fame won't change me'

Selena Gomez still drives her old car and lives with her parents and insists fame won't change her.

The 20-year-old singer tries to remain grounded despite her global success and revealed she hasn't been tempted to trade in her first car for a newer model.

She told thestar.com: "I'm super laid back. I'm from Texas. I love my family. I still live with my parents. I drive the same car that I've driven since I was 16. That's who I am."

The 'Come & Get It' singer - who is single since splitting from on/off boyfriend Justin Bieber - also revealed she is never happier than when she is performing.

She said: "As a performer, I just love to make people smile. I just love to make people move and dance. There's not really much more to it."

Selena is preparing to release her first solo album, having recorded previous records with her band Selena Gomez & The Scene and says 'Stars Dance' is the result of a great deal of hard work.

She explained: "'Stars Dance' is my fourth album. It's definitely the hardest I've ever worked on a record before.

"Before I would hear a song. I would like it and then play it and that would be that. This time I got to call producers and writers myself. I got to tell them what I was feeling, where I was in my life, what I wanted to sing about."
