Kris Jenner has declared her love for her estranged husband.

The 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star split from Bruce Jenner in October after more than two decades of marriage, but posted a touching tribute to him online to celebrate their 23rd wedding anniversary on Monday (21.04.14).

The 58-year-old Kardashian family matriarch shared an old photograph of them on Instagram, with the caption: "Happy Anniversary to one of the most amazing men I know!!!! I love you, Wow 23 years!!!!! #love #weareofficiallyvintage"

The post came just days after the Olympic gold medallist, 64, accompanied her to a hospital in Thousand Oaks, California because she was suffering from mysterious "internal pains."

She later insisted that she was doing okay, saying: "I'm feeling well and looking forward to a relaxing Easter holiday."

The former couple were also spotted holding hands after returning from a family holiday to Thailand earlier this month.

But Kris recently dismissed speculation they are in the process of getting back together.

She said: "We're best friends."

Announcing their split last year, the duo, who have two biological daughters, Kendall, 18, and Kylie, 16, together as well as eight other children from previous relationships, said: "We are living separately and we are much happier this way.

"But we will always have much love and respect for each other. Even though we are separated, we will always remain best friends and, as always, our family will remain our number one priority."
