Westlife at Jebel Ali Golf Resort and Spa

They might have not made it last month for St Patrick’s Day in Dubai, but Irish pop band Westlife is here to rock our Thursday like no other, exactly six years after their last performance in the emirate.

As one of the most successful boy bands of the last decade, the foursome having garnered 14 number one singles in the United Kingdom, the third-highest in the country’s history.

Their most recent album “Gravity” with “Beautiful Tonight” echoes the crisp, euphoric electronic pop of Erasure, while “No One’s Gonna Sleep Tonight” is sees the boy band do a a Black Eyed Peas, or so say some fans. Err we aren’t too sure, but will bite for now.

This concert takes place at the Jebel Ali International Centre of Excellence, with tickets priced at Dh250 and Dh450. Show starts at 8pm. Call: 04 814 5444
