Fitness model works 4 hours everyday; counts calories

Maggie Russell trains every day for 4 hours and eats 1,100 calories a day.

She will compete at World Beauty, Fitness and Fashion on the Gold Coast.

Maggie trains six days a week with weights and seven days a week cardio for four hours a day.

The fitness model only consumes 1,100 calories a day and is currently only eating protein and vegetables.

Ms Russell also tries to get at least eight hours of sleep each night.

She will compete at the World Beauty, Fitness and Fashion competition this weekend, which has been likened to a Victoria's Secret runway show but for body-builders.
