Topless scene was 'social experiment': Watson

Actress Emma Watson found kissing her "Harry Potter" co-star Daniel Radcliffe difficult and awkward, she has said.

The 20-year-old, who plays Hermione in the franchise, shared a passionate topless kiss with Radcliffe during a dream sequence conjured up by the villain Lord Voldemort. While viewers couldn't see any details, the scene has become a viral hit online.

Watson told The Sun she was unprepared for the scene since she was only informed about it at the last minute.

"It was only the day before that they said, 'Oh, by the way we hope it's all right, but we want you to be topless, and we're going to cover you in silver paint'.

"It was awkward enough as it was without the silver paint and the strapless bra, but whatever. It was like some weird social experiment."

But she did offer Radcliffe fans one tidbit: "He is a good kisser. I can definitely vouch for that," she said.
