UAE's financial markets to remain closed on Thursday

The financial markets in the UAE will remain closed on Thursday on account of "Al-Mawlid Al-Nabawi", Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) Birthday, the Emirates Securities and Commodities Authority (ESCA) announced on Tuesday. Work in these markets will resume on Sunday, February 20.

On this occasion, ESCA has extended congratulation and blessings to President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai and Their Highnesses, the Supreme Council Members and Rulers of the Emirates.
