UAE stock markets to remain closed on Thursday

 The Financial Markets in the country will remain closed on Thursday on account of Al Mawlid Al Nabawi, Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) Birthday, the Emirates Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) announced on Tuesday. Work in these markets will resume on Sunday, February 20.

On this occasion, SCA has extended congratulation and blessings to President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President, Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai and Their Highnesses, the Supreme Council Members and Rulers of the Emirates.
