Britain's Queen Elizabeth II arrives for the annual Commonwealth Observance service at Westminster Abbey in central London on March 10, 2014. The annual Observance is marked by a multi-faith service at Westminster Abbey in honour of the Commonwealth of Nations, the organisation of 53 member states of which the queen is the head.
