Wildest of Friends: Lion, bear, tiger hang together

 

These pictures of Baloo the American Black Bear, Leo the African lion and Shere Khan the Bengal Tiger at the Noah's Ark animal sanctuary in Atlanta, Georgia in the US are in the media after newspaper China Daily ran a report on strange friendships among wild animals.

 

The report was picked up by various agencies and Asiaone.com quotes The Telegraph as saying the animals had been discovered as underweight, malnourished, and frightened cubs in the basement of a house during a drugs raid.
