2 dead in separate Sharjah accidents

An 18-year-old Emirati man was killed and his brother, 19, was injured when their car banged into cement blocks on the road towards Dhaid in Sharjah emirate.

Police said the accident was caused after the driver lost balance of his vehicle because of high speed, adding that he died of impact on the spot.

In a separate accident in the emirate, a 44-year-old Pakistani man died after he was run over by a speeding car while he was crossing the road at a junction in an industrial zone.
