A hacker using the online moniker Davy Jones has breached the official website of Sri Lanka’s Ports Authority slpa.lk – the multi-port operator of all maritime services.

The hacker hasn’t defaced the site’s main page. Instead, according to EHN, he added a webpage to the “admin” folder Ceylon Today online reports.

However, at the time of writing, the admin appeared to have removed the webpage published by the hacker.

Over the past weekend, the same hacker targeted other important Sri Lanka websites, including the ones of two TV stations and the one of the Bureau of Foreign Employment.

Sri Lanka websites have become a tempting target to many hackers.

Last week, the hacker known as Game Over defaced the official website of the country’s National Security Media Center. At the time, he leaked hundreds of user credentials.
