A major accident has been reported in Jumeirah Lakes Towers as a car has overturned causing a massive jam heading towards Dubai near the golf club.
Meanwhile, Dubai Police tweeted, "Traffic jam on Sheikh Zayed road coming from Abu Dhabi towards Tecom area, take care and alternative ways."
Motorists have been advised to avoid the road.
