An 11-year-old Saudi boy reported missing by his family was found hanging inside inside a building under construction in the Gulf Kingdom on the next day, a newspaper reported on Sunday.

Police said they found the unnamed boy hanged on the second floor of the building in the northeastern town of Hafr Al Batin after a resident of the area reported seeing a body dangling from a plastic rope.

“Police said they are still investigating the incident to determine where there is criminal activity involved,” Sabq Arabic language daily said.

Another daily, Sharq online, quoted relatives as saying the boy might have committed a suicide.
