Dad fights crocodile with bare hands to save son

A brave father as bitten by a crocodile while attempting to save his 11-year-old son from the grips of the alligators jaws.
 
He jumped into Nyaitengwa River, in Mutoko, Zimbabwe, and fought a crocodile with his bare hands.
 
The child was seriously injured, and unfortunately one of his legs had to be amputated, say media reports.
 
The heroic dad also hurt his left hand.
 
The crocodile attacked them while they were crossing a river.
 
When he heard the boy’s screams, he jumped into the water and tried to force the crocodile’s mouth open with his bare hands.

When that did not work, he poked the crocodile until he was able to free his son, but when the crocodile released the boy, it grabbed the father’s arm.
