Emergency landing for woman in labour

A Saudi passenger aircraft en route from the Gulf Kingdom to the US made emergency landing at London’s Heathrow Airport after a pregnant woman went into labour.

Flight SV21 was on its way from the Western Saudi Red Sea port of Jeddah to New York when the woman started to suffer from labour pains.

“The plane change route and made emergency landing at Heathrow for the woman,” the Saudi daily Alriyadh said without giving further details.
