A 33-year-old Nepali worker, MB sodomised 11-year-old boy under threat, the Dubai Criminal Court heard.
The boy’s father, HAJ, 38, Emirati, employee, testified that his wife found pornographic recordings on her son’s mobile. The boy told his mother that he met MB who sent him those recordings. The boy also confessed to his mother that MB sodomised him in the building’s parking lot and threatened him not to tell anyone.
Forensic reported that the boy had been sodomised several times.
The boy testified that he had been sodomised twice by the accused and that he was scared to tell anyone until his mother saw the pornographic films that the car washer used to send them to him.
The accused confessed to sending the films to the boy and that he forcibly sodomised him.
The court adjourned the case until April 29.
