3-car collision due to sudden swerving

A horrific accident involving three cars in the industrial area of Ajman on Thursday injured two Emirati women.

Colonel Ali Humaid Al Musaibi, Director, Traffic and Patrolling Department, Ajman Police, said the accident on Al Nuaimia road was caused by a Lexus driven by an Arab.

According to initial investigations, he suddenly swerved from the main road, colliding with another car coming from the opposite direction, also driven by an Arab.

Under the impact of the collision, the second car rammed into a third car driven an Emirati woman, who sustained injuries. Her friend who was with her also suffered injuries.

Both the women were transferred to Khalifa Bin Zayed Hospital.

Col. Musaibi urged motorists to abide by traffic rules.
