3 deaths in 3 traffic accidents in Dubai on Tuesday

Three people died in three traffic accidents during the past 24 hours in Dubai.

An accident happened on Tuesday afternoon on Rabat Street when a Pakistani driver aged 23 lost control of his vehicle which crashed into concrete divider and crossed into traffic coming in the opposite direction, killing him and injuring an Asian driver of another vehicle.

The second accident occurred on Tuesday afternoon on Union Street when a 30-year-old Pakistani driver ran over an unidentified Asian who succumbed to serious injuries.

The third accident took place on Tuesday night in a side street in Al Barsha II area where a 25-year-old Bangladeshi was killed when his motorcycle passed a red light and rammed into another vehicle driven by a 27-year-old Bangladeshi.

Fifteen people died in traffic accidents in Dubai in March, bringing total casualties in the first quarter of this year to 27 compared to 36 in the same period of the previous year.
