3 killed in separate Sharjah road crashes

Three people were killed in separate road accidents in Sharjah on Saturday including one whose car caught fire on the road.

A 59-year-old Indian died in a pile-up on Hamriya-Umm Al Quwain road while a Pakistani was killed after his car was hit by two trucks in Hamriya.

Police said some people were also injured in the accidents and were taken to hospital.
