3 major accidents on Dubai ring roads

Three accidents have been reported on Tuesday morning on Dubai roads bringing traffic to a halt in at least one location.

Confirming one incident, Dubai Police tweeted: “An accident has been reported on Dubai - Al Ain rd opposite Academic City towards Dubai. Please drive safely and carefully.”

Meanwhile, a major accident has been reported on Sharjah Ring Road – in Industrial Area 11 – just before Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road exit.

Eye-witnesses report long tailbacks from the area.

Another major incident was also reported on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road after E88 - Al Dhaid Road intersection - towards Abu Dhabi.

Early morning motorists took to social media to inform others about the traffic jams on these roads.

No reports of casualties or damages are known as yet.
