4-year-old girl finds Dh13,000, returns it

A four-year-old girl has been honoured for her honesty in Sharjah.

The General Directorate of Sharjah Police awarded Qorat Al Ain Atiq Al Rahman with a certificate of appreciation for handing over an envelope containing Dh13,000 to Buhaira police station, reported ‘Al Khaleej’ daily.

Col. Arif Hassan bin Hadib, Head, General Directorate of Sharjah Police, who appreciated the child’s honesty and good conduct, said she was honoured in the presence of her parents.

He also thanked her dad for co-operating with the police.
