Abu Dhabi's landmarks lights up with colours of Egyptian flag in solidarity with victims of attack

A number of landmarks in Abu Dhabi have been illuminated in the colours of the Egyptian flag in solidarity with the sisterly Arab Republic of Egypt after the terrorist attack in the Minya Governorate, which resulted in the deaths of several people.

The initiative demonstrated the solidarity shown by the UAE and its consistent approach rejecting various forms of violence and terrorism.

A number of iconic tourist and buildings have been illuminated in the emirate, including Capital Gate, the ADNOC building, Emirates Palace, Cleveland Hospital and the Abu Dhabi Global Market on Al Maryah Island.
