Under Tawtheeq, leasable properties and tenancy contracts are registered according to a set of defined stipulations with a view to streamline and strengthen the relationship between all parties.
This comes after the implementation of the Resolution No (4) for 2011 of the Chairman of the Executive Council regarding the Rules and Procedures of Tenancy Contracts Registration in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
The Acting Executive Director of Municipal Services Sector, Municipality of Abu Dhabi City, Owaida Al Qubaisi called on all property management companies in Abu Dhabi to register with the Tawtheeq system.
ADCP will start from today issuing tenancy contracts registered under Tawtheeq.
