Abu Dhabi students get online access to records

Now, high school students in Abu Dhabi can access their school records online.

Students in grades 10, 11 and 12 will be able to view their personal and academic information from anywhere across the world with a click of a button. The information will be ‘read-only’ format.

The ‘Student Assistant Module’ called ‘Maaloumati’ is linked with Abu Dhabi Education Council’s (Adec) Enterprise Student Information System (eSIS).

Adec hopes this will help improve student engagement, enthusiasm, knowledge, cooperation and collaboration across public and private schools.

“As part of the phase 1 project, public school students from Grades 10, 11 and 12 and one pilot project private school, can now access their full details, which includes: their personal information, parents information, medical information, transportation, fees, attachments, track and view their attendance (period and daily), programmes assigned, awards, view current and previous grades/examination results, learning outcomes for grade 10 and 11 and print out schedule or timetable,” detailed Mohamed Al Dhaheri, Adec’s School Operations Executive Director.

Upon successfully verifying their identity via their personalized Emirates identity card numbers and mobile numbers registered by the school, students will be able to log onto the Student Assistant Module through accessing the following Adec sub-portal: https://maaloumati.adec.ac.ae.

Earlier, Adec organised multiple workshops for public schools, where vice-principals and registrars from each school were given training on how to create and maintain the student accounts.

If at any given time, a particular student requires a change in the information posted, they are required to contact their school administration.
