Access to Al Ain road opens after accident

Access to Al Ain Road from Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road has been opened after it was closed due to an accident.

According to an eye witness, the road linking Mohammed bin Zayed Road to Al Ain Road has been closed for over an hour due to an accident as 3-4 cars have been parked on the roadside. Ambulance and police vehicles have also been spotted on the roadside.

Police had closed the road due to the accident.

An eye witness told Emirates 24l7 that the tail back goes back as far as Global Village.

Police was earlier rerouting traffic to Academic City and Hatta Road.
