A Bangladeshi cook allegedly used a passport belonging to another person in an attempt to leave the country.
The Dubai Criminal Court heard that AMM, 33, entered the country stayed here illegally.
On August 24, AMM presented a Bangladeshi passport at Dubai International Airport posing himself as Babul Ahmed as the passport and the visa indicated.
The accused who looked different than the real holder of the passport confessed in front of the court.
The Court adjourned the case for verdict till November 17.
