A court in Kalba ordered Dh3 million damages to a little Emirati boy after he suffered from permanent disability in a road accident in the eastern town.

The boy was crossing the road when he was run over by a car, whose driver fled the scene. But he was later arrested and was found to be 17 years old and has no driving licence, according to the semi official daily Alittihad.
